Track and manage your orders whether you are a buyer or a seller.
For Buyers
Viewing Your Orders
Log in to your account.
Click My Orders in the navigation bar.
You will see a list of all your orders with the order date, seller name, and total amount.
Click on an order number to view the full details.
Order Details Page
The order detail page shows:
Order number and date placed
Seller information — store name and contact details
Items ordered — product names, quantities, and prices
Shipping address — the address you provided during checkout
Total amount — the full order value
For Sellers
Viewing Orders Received
Log in to your seller account.
Click My Orders in the dashboard or navigation bar.
You will see orders placed by buyers for your products.
Click on an order to view buyer details and items purchased.
Order Fulfillment
As a seller, you are responsible for fulfilling orders directly. Since payments are handled outside the platform (cash on delivery or UPI), coordinate with the buyer for delivery or pickup.
Order Status
Currently, orders are recorded upon successful checkout. Contact the seller directly for status updates on shipping and delivery.
