No Commercial Involvement: We do not own, sell, stock, or handle any inventory. The contract for the sale of any product is strictly a bipartite agreement directly between the Seller and the Buyer.
Free Service: The Platform is 100% free to use. We do not charge any registration fees, listing fees, transaction commissions, or hidden service charges from either Sellers or Buyers.
Direct Payments: The Platform does not process, collect, or route payment transactions. All financial settlements for goods happen directly between the Buyer and Seller (e.g., via cash or the seller's direct UPI QR code) at the time of delivery or pickup.
Ad-Supported Model: To keep this service free for the local community, this Website displays advertisements, sponsored banners, and third-party links on its web pages.
No Endorsement: We do not monitor, endorse, or guarantee the products, services, or content offered in third-party advertisements. Any interaction, data sharing, or business dealing with an advertiser found on this Website is strictly between you and that third party.

Identity Disclosure: In compliance with Indian e-commerce rules, Sellers must clearly provide their shop name, address, and customer contact details on their virtual storefront or receipt.
"As-Is" Service: This Website is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without any warranties of any kind.
No Financial Liability: Because the Platform does not process, handle, or track payments, we completely disclaim all liability regarding payment failures, fraudulent local transactions, fake currency disputes, or unpaid goods.
Strict Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law, the Proprietor (Ajay) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the site or disputes between users. Listing counterfeit, banned, or illegal items under Indian law (including but not limited to prescription drugs, weapons, or tobacco products) is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to instantly remove any listing or permanently ban any user violating Section 79 of the IT Act.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.
Any legal disputes or claims arising out of the use of this free platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, India.
